Documents
Note: On the first day of college, submit the Admission form together with the original Leaving Certificate and one xerox copy, a Xerox of the Marklist, a Xerox of the parents' and students' Aadhar cards, a Xerox of the Caste Certificate if applicable, and the Fee Receipt. Attach the most recent passport-size photo to the space provided.


UNDERTAKING

As a Parents/Guardian of class XI th ,I am giving the following undertaking of my own volitation.

  1. That my shall regularly and sincerely attend all classes.
  2. That if fails to keep a minimum of 75% attendance will not be allowed to appear for the annual exam.
  3. That my shall obey and follow the necessary orders/instructions of behaviour and conduct issued by any of the authorities of the Jr.College.
  4. That any suitable and just action be taken against in case is found wanting on any or all counts of regularly decency, misconduct and misbehaviour.
